Care Tips

  • Use mild dishwashing soap and lukewarm water.
  • Clean your molds after every use.
  • Rinse properly and remove all soap residue.
  • Dry completely before storing.
  • Store in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

 

1. Pre-Cleaning Prep

Before washing your molds, remove any leftover material from your previous project.

  • Use a soft paper towel or cloth to gently wipe away wax, dust, colour or other residue.
  • Try to remove as much loose material as possible before washing.
  • Do not use sharp objects like knives, blades or metal tools to remove stuck material, as they can damage the silicone.

2. Handwashing Method

Use lukewarm water and any liquid dishwashing soap for regular cleaning.

  • Soak the molds in lukewarm soapy water for around 30 minutes if there is stubborn residue.
  • Then gently wash using your hands or a soft sponge.
  • Use mild dishwashing soap only.
  • Avoid very harsh cleaning products, as they may affect the silicone surface over time.

3. Scrubbing Session

For any remaining residue, gently clean the molds using a soft sponge, soft cloth, or a soft-bristled brush.

  • Pay extra attention to small corners, deep designs and detailed areas.
  • Avoid using hard brushes, metal scrubbers, blades or other sharp tools.

4. Rinsing

Once the molds is clean, rinse it properly with clean water.

  • Make sure all soap and cleaning residue is removed.
  • Rinse well, especially from small details and corners of the molds.

 

5. Drying and Storage

After washing, dry the molds completely before storing it.

  • You can gently wipe it with a clean, soft cloth and leave it to air dry naturally.
  • Make sure there is no water or moisture left inside the molds before storage.
  • Keep the molds in its natural shape.
  • Avoid folding, squeezing, or keeping heavy objects on top of it.
  • Store in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
