Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy
(Note: We take great care in crafting and inspecting our products. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before placing your order.)
1. Order Cancellation
1.1. Customers acknowledge and agree that orders cannot be cancelled once placed on the Website, whatsapp, email, instagram or any other media.
1.2. A cancellation request may be considered only if the order has not yet been shipped, and such approval shall be at the sole discretion of the Company.
1.3. The Company reserves the right to decline any cancellation request without providing additional justification.
2. Refunds for Approved Pre-Shipment Cancellations
2.1. If a cancellation request is approved prior to shipment, any refund will be provided exclusively in the form of Store Credit.
2.2. Store Credit:
a. is non-transferable,
b. is not redeemable for cash or bank refund,
c. can be used only for future purchases on the Website (validity period may be specified).
2.3. Under no circumstances will monetary refunds be issued.
3. No Return Policy
3.1. The Company follows a strict No Return Policy. Products once delivered cannot be returned for any reason other than those mentioned in Section 4.
3.2. This policy applies to all products sold through website, instragram, whatsapp or other medium unless explicitly stated otherwise on a particular product page.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
4.1. If the Customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they must notify the Company within 24–48 hours of delivery along with clear unboxing photo/video evidence.
4.2. Upon verification, the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer either:
a. a replacement, or
b. store credit.
4.3. Returns are not permitted, even in cases of damage or incorrect delivery. Only replacement/store credit may be provided.
4.4. Decisions made by the Company in such cases shall be final and binding.
4.5 If you receive an incorrect product or find a product missing from your package:
- You must notify us within 2 days of delivery.
- An unboxing video (uncut and unedited video) is mandatory as proof.
- If verified, we will:

- Ship the correct item at no extra charge.
- Cover return shipping for the incorrect item.
- Offer a replacement or store credit for missing products.
5. Conditions Not Eligible for Replacement or Store Credit
5.1. The following are not considered valid reasons for replacement or credit:
a. Minor color variations,
b. Size differences within acceptable tolerance,
c. Minor packaging damage not affecting product functionality.
5.2. Products that have been used, washed, altered, or tampered with in any manner are not eligible for replacement or store credit.
6. Post-Shipment Cancellations
6.1. Once an order has been shipped, no cancellation requests will be accepted.
6.2. Refusal to accept delivery shall not be considered a valid cancellation, and the Company reserves the right to deduct (to and fro) shipping or handling charges, or restrict future orders.
7. Amendments
7.1. The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Policy at any time without prior notice.
7.2. Continued use of the Website following such amendments shall constitute acceptance of the updated Policy.
