Return and Refund Policy
We take great care in crafting and inspecting our products. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before placing your order.
❌ Order Cancellation Domestic (India) or International
Products once booked cannot be cancelled, no refunds and no returns under any circumstances.
🛍️ Eligible Returns – Handmade Silicone Molds
We only accept returns for silicone molds in the case of valid manufacturing defects that affect the final product made using the mold.
Because our molds are handmade, slight irregularities or surface variations are normal and not considered defects.
To qualify for a return:
The mold must produce an unusable or incorrect final output.
The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery, based on delivery tracking data.
The mold must be clean, and show no signs of wear, tear, or added colors.
You must provide a photo or video showing the defective result produced from the mold.
If the defect is confirmed, we will offer either:
- A full refund (excluding shipping), or
- Store credit (valid for 1 year), as per your preference.
Domestic Refund Time is 5-7 Business days.
International Refunds Time is 7-15 Business Days.
Return shipping for valid cases is covered by us.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
- Powder Pigments
- Liquid Colors
- Craft bases
- Industrial agents
- Craft tools and accessories
These are utility materials and cannot be returned or resold once opened or used.
🚚 Incorrect or Missing Products
If you receive an incorrect product or find a product missing from your package:
- You must notify us within 2 days of delivery.
- An unboxing video (uncut and unedited video) is mandatory as proof.
- If verified, we will:
- Ship the correct item at no extra charge.
- Cover return shipping for the incorrect item.
- Offer a full refund or replacement or store credit for missing products.
💰 Refunds & Store Credit for Domestic (India) and International Orders
For approved returns:
- We will refund the amount of the returned item only.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
- Shipping charges, Customs, Import Duty Charges from Decohold to Delivery Address or Delivered Address to Decohold must be bared by the customer.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
- Store credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
- Domestic refunds take 5-7 business days to process. International refunds take 7-15 days business days to process.
