🌍 Shipping Locations
- Domestic Shipping: We ship across India.

International Shipping: Now available!
We ship internationally via EMS (Express Mail Service) in partnership with national postal carriers such as:
- India Post
- USPS (United States)
- Australia Post
- And other official EMS-partnered services.
🚚 Order Processing Time
- Ready-to-Ship Products: Dispatched within 2–4 business days.
- Made-to-Order or Custom Molds: Require 5–7 business days for production before dispatch. (In special cases if delivery timeline is different, it shall be mentioned in the terms, Please feel free to ask about the timeline to us if you have any doubts.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
⏱️ Estimated Delivery Time (Post-Dispatch)
- India (Metro Cities): 3–5 business days
- India (Non-Metro Areas): 5–8 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days
Actual delivery time varies by destination country and customs clearance process.

Once the material leaves our care of, we do not have control on time line of delivery or other events.
🛠️ Shipping Carriers & Tracking
- Courier partners are selected at checkout or based on service availability in your region.
- Domestic: Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, and others.
- International: EMS via India Post, USPS, Australia Post, and other national postal partners.
- Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

📌 Customer Responsibility After Dispatch
- Once dispatched, the shipment is managed by the courier/postal service.
- Customers must use the provided tracking link to monitor their shipment.
- For delivery delays or issues, please contact the courier first with your tracking ID.
- Contact us only in the following cases:
- Incorrect or invalid tracking info
- Address errors before dispatch
- Non-delivery well past estimated timeline
- We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or miscommunication from the courier.
💸 Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.
- International shipping rates are also determined by EMS zone and weight.
- Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions—these will be clearly mentioned on the product or checkout page.
❗ Delivery Issues
If your order is marked “delivered” but not received:
- Contact the courier/postal service using the tracking number.
- If unresolved within 48 hours, contact us for assistance in raising a case with the carrier.
Please note: While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee resolution on behalf of the courier/postal authorities.
