Important Shipping Terms

Shipping Terms:

1. Order Processing
All DECOHOLD Molds are Handmade.
Dispatch Time 2–5 working days based on the order


2. Shipping Time from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
South of India: 2–5 working days
Mid of India: 5-7 working days
North of India: 7-9 working days
North East of India: 8-10 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and destination.


3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight.


4. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
Customers can also login to the website to check order status and tracking details
Customers must use the tracking number to monitor shipment status.


5. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by weather, courier services, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
We appreciate your patience and will assist in tracking delayed shipments.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.


7. Lost, Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with photos and order details.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

 

8. Unboxing Video 
Uncut & Unedited Unboxing Video is Mandatory to claim any Missing Items in the box


9. Shipping Via:
India Post Surface: Takes longer than other courier service (8-12 days)
ST Courier, Tirupati, Delhivery Surface comparatively takes (5-8 days)


10. VRL Logistics available for Bulk of 15kg above
Decohold charge Rs.200 for local transport from Coimbatore to VRL facility
From Coimbatore to Customer's Local VRL Facility shipping charges are additional (Anywhere between rs.10 to rs.20 per kg)
VRL Logistics doesn't Home deliver, customer needs to pickup from local VRL facility
